Prohibited Items & Violation Policy

⚠️ 嚴正聲明 / IMPORTANT：
下列物品一律禁止經 E-FULFILL 付運。虛假申報屬嚴重違規：寄件人須承擔由此引起嘅一切經濟損失、承運商及海關罰款、法律責任；E-FULFILL 有權拒收、扣留、銷毀有關貨件，並終止向有關客戶提供服務，已付費用概不退還。
The items below are strictly prohibited. False declaration is a serious violation: the shipper bears all economic losses, carrier/customs fines and legal liabilities. E-FULFILL may refuse, detain or destroy such shipments and terminate service without refund.

一、禁運品類別 / Prohibited Categories

  1. 違法物品：任何違反出發地、目的地或轉運地法律之物品。
    Any item illegal in origin, destination or transit jurisdictions.
  2. 受管制／需牌照物品：處方藥物、未完成註冊之醫療用品、隱形眼鏡（部分地區）、受管制化學品。
    Controlled/licensed goods: prescription drugs, unregistered medical products, contact lenses (some regions), controlled chemicals.
  3. 冒牌／侵權貨品：假冒商標、盜版、侵犯知識產權之物品。
    Counterfeit or IP-infringing goods.
  4. 武器及彈藥：槍械、零件、彈藥、刀械、電擊器、十字弓。
    Firearms, parts, ammunition, knives, tasers, crossbows.
  5. 毒品及吸毒工具：包括大麻、電子煙／煙油（含尼古丁）、 Party drugs 及其配件。
    Narcotics and paraphernalia, incl. cannabis, nicotine vapes/e-liquids.
  6. 色情或不雅物品。
    Obscene or indecent materials.
  7. 侵犯私隱器材：竊聽器、針孔鏡頭、訊號干擾器、改錶器。
    Signal jammers, spy cameras, wiretaps, odometer modifiers.
  8. 危險品：爆炸品、易燃氣體／液體、壓縮氣體、強酸強鹼、放射性物品、農藥。（內置電池之電子產品一般可寄，純電池／充電寶限制因線路而異，落單前請查詢）
    Explosives, flammables, compressed gas, corrosives, radioactive materials, pesticides. (Built-in battery devices generally OK; loose batteries/power banks vary by line — ask before booking.)
  9. 酒精飲品及煙草。
    Alcohol and tobacco.
  10. 現金、貴金屬、珠寶、有價證券（金條、銀條、未鑲嵌寶石等）。
    Cash, bullion, precious stones, bearer instruments.
  11. 動物及其製品：活體動物、瀕危物種製品（象牙、皮草等）。
    Live animals, endangered species products (ivory, fur).
  12. 植物及種子（部分地區全面禁止）。
    Plants and seeds (banned in some destinations).
  13. 食品、藥材、保健品（視乎目的地及線路；美國等地對食品進口有嚴格規定）。
    Food, herbs, supplements (destination/line dependent; strict rules e.g. USA).
  14. 其他承運商拒收物品：各承運商有額外限制（如光碟/CD/DVD、書籍、A4 紙以上宣傳品等個別線路限制），以承運商最終判定為準。
    Additional carrier-specific restrictions apply and prevail.

二、違規處理 / How Violations Are Handled

  1. 檢查權：E-FULFILL 及各承運商有權於任何時間要求開箱檢查；客戶必須配合，否則有權拒收，已付費用不退。
    We and carriers may inspect shipments at any time; refusal to cooperate = rejection without refund.
  2. 罰款轉嫁：因虛假申報導致之承運商罰款、海關罰款、倉租、退運費用，全數由寄件人承擔，E-FULFILL 並可加收行政手續費。
    Carrier/customs fines, storage and return costs caused by false declaration are fully passed to the shipper, plus an admin fee.
  3. 扣留、銷毀或變賣：違規貨件可能被海關或承運商扣留、銷毀；無法退回者，承運商有權出售以抵償運費及費用。E-FULFILL 及承運商概不賠償。
    Violating shipments may be detained or destroyed; unreturnable items may be sold to recover costs. No compensation.
  4. 終止服務：嚴重或重複違規者，E-FULFILL 有權即時終止其帳戶及服務，不作另行通知。
    Serious or repeat violations result in immediate termination of service.
  5. 法律責任：如涉及刑事責任，E-FULFILL 有權向執法部門舉報並提供寄件人資料。
    Criminal matters will be reported to authorities with shipper details.
