服務條款 Terms of Service

1. 服務性質

E-FULFILL 提供國際運費查詢及物流安排服務。網上報價為參考性質，最終運費以承運商實際收費為準。各承運商之運輸條款同時適用，如有衝突，以承運商條款為準。

E-FULFILL provides rate enquiry and logistics arrangement services. Online quotes are indicative; final charges follow the carrier's billed amount. Carrier terms also apply and prevail in case of conflict.

2. 報價與收費

2.1 報價基於客戶申報之重量及尺寸；報價已含燃油附加費，不含目的地關稅、稅金及清關費用（標明 DDP 之服務除外）。
2.2 出貨後承運商會重新量度。若實際計費重量高於申報，E-FULFILL 將按實際收費向客戶補收差額（事前通知）；若低於申報，退回差額。
2.3 偏遠地區附加費、旺季附加費、海關罰款等未預計費用，以承運商最終賬單為準。

Quotes are based on declared weight/dimensions, include fuel surcharge, and exclude destination duties unless DDP. Carriers re-measure after pickup; differences are topped up (with notice) or refunded. Remote/peak surcharges and customs fines follow the carrier's final invoice.

3. 禁運品

3.1 客戶不得託運任何禁運品（詳見禁運品頁面）。
3.2 虛假申報屬嚴重違規：客戶須承擔一切經濟損失、承運商及海關罰款與法律責任；E-FULFILL 有權拒收、扣留或銷毀貨件、加收行政費、終止服務，已付費用不退。
3.3 被扣留或銷毀之違規貨件，E-FULFILL 及承運商概不賠償。

3.4 罰款及費用：因虛假申報產生之承運商罰款、海關罰款、退件運費、倉租及相關費用，全數由寄件人承擔；E-FULFILL 並可加收每票行政手續費（金額以承運商賬單為準，E-FULFILL 擁有絕對酌情權）。禁運品退件之運費及罰款將由寄件人已付款項中扣除，不足之數由寄件人補付。

Prohibited items (see the Prohibited Items page) are strictly banned. False declaration: the shipper bears all losses, fines and legal liability; we may refuse, detain or destroy shipments, charge admin fees and terminate service without refund. No compensation for detained/destroyed violating shipments.

4. 檢查權

E-FULFILL 及承運商有權於任何時間要求開箱檢查任何貨件。客戶拒絕配合檢查者，E-FULFILL 有權拒絕受理，已付費用概不退還。

We and carriers may inspect any shipment at any time. Refusal to cooperate entitles us to reject the shipment without refund.

5. 申報責任

客戶須如實申報貨物品名、數量、價值及收件資料。因錯誤申報導致之延誤、退運、罰款、倉租及一切費用，概由客戶承擔。

Customers must declare contents, quantity, value and recipient details accurately. Delays, returns, fines and costs from misdeclaration are borne by the customer.

6. 責任限制

6.1 除蓄意或重大過失外，E-FULFILL 對任何貨件遺失、損毀或延誤之責任，以所選承運商之賠償條款為上限，且不超過該票運費之數倍（按承運商標準）。
6.2 下列情況 E-FULFILL 概不負責：禁運品或違規貨件；客戶包裝不當；海關扣查、充公或罰款；不可抗力；承運商罷工、系統故障等。

Our liability is limited to the carrier's compensation terms per shipment, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. No liability for prohibited/violating shipments, inadequate packaging, customs seizure/fines, force majeure, or carrier industrial action.

7. 保險

貨運保險並未包含於報價內。貴重貨件建議客戶於付運前購買保險；未投保之損失按第 6 條處理。

Insurance is not included. We recommend insuring valuable goods before shipping; uninsured losses follow Section 6.

8. 個人資料

客戶提供之個人資料僅用於安排物流服務，不會出售予第三方，詳情另見私隱政策（如有查詢請聯絡我們）。

Personal data is used solely for logistics arrangements and never sold. Contact us for privacy enquiries.

9. 條款修改

E-FULFILL 有權隨時修改本條款，修改後於本頁公佈即時生效，恕不另行通知。

We may amend these terms at any time; amendments take effect upon posting on this page.

10. 法律適用

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，任何爭議提交香港法院處理。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
